Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For stamp products, due to their collectible nature, returns are not accepted once opened or used.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@postageco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds & Replacements:
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
