Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For stamp products, due to their collectible nature, returns are not accepted once opened or used.
How to Request a Return:

Contact us at support@postageco.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds & Replacements:
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
